  • Covers the Wholesale Banking area, providing financial analysis and planning support.
  • Develops and maintains income and volumes drivers reporting, control, and planning.
  • Evaluates and monitors business cases, ensuring alignment with ING Italy's strategic objectives.
  • Analyzes product profitability, margins, returns, and KPIs to inform business decisions.
  • Exposes non-financial KPIs and interacts closely with the local board and Head Office.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • 5-7 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in international banking.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
