About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Educational Programme Lead to join our team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing Alternative Learning programs that cater to diverse educational needs.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement Alternative Learning programs that align with our charity's broader goals
  • Build partnerships with schools and colleges to recruit students and promote our programs
  • Maintain governance by ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a single central record of policies and procedures
  • Oversee data collection and analysis to evaluate program effectiveness and inform strategic improvements

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A strong background in education, preferably with teaching experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a senior management team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
