About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated demand and supply plans that meet customer service expectations, inventory targets, and cost objectives. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, logistics, and operations, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic demand and supply plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform supply chain strategies

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in a similar industry or function
  • A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This estimate is based on national averages for similar roles in the region.
