Job Summary

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno della Divisone Finance della Region Central and South East Europe e si occuperà delle attività di pianificazione, reporting e controllo di gestione supportando il Financial Planning & Analysis Manager ed il Finance Director nelle attività di analisi, monitoraggio e miglioramento dei risultati e dei processi, interagendo con i team finance locali dei paesi in scopo.

Responsabilità
  • Redazione tempestiva ed accurata del reporting consolidato mensile con analisi dei principali KPI di P&L, B/S, Working Capital e Cash Flow;
  • Analisi delle performance dei paesi e delle linee di business, evidenziando deviazioni verso Budget/Forecast;
  • Supporto alla preparazione dei processi di Budget e Forecast, consolidamento e analisi degli scenari;
  • Svolgere analisi ad-hoc in collaborazione con i team locali Finance e Operations identificando aree di debolezza ed opportunità di miglioramento;
  • Contribuire attivamente alla supervisione ed al miglioramento dei processi Finance all'interno della Regione favorendo la crescita dell'interazione all'interno della Finance Community regionale;
  • Contribuire allo sviluppo di nuovi strumenti di analisi e reporting supportando il team di BI.
Requisiti
  • Titolo di studi: Laurea in discipline economiche/ingegneria gestionale;
  • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel controllo di gestione all'interno di realtà internazionali organizzate a matrice;
  • Conoscenza di contabilità generale e analitica e di bilancio, dei principi contabili IFRS, gradita esperienza pregressa in società di revisione/audit;
  • Una conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese è requisito fondamentale (sarà considerata un plus la conoscenza di una ulteriore lingua straniera);
  • Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti di MS Office (in particolare Excel e Powerpoint), gradita conoscenza di PowerBI/Tableau o altri software di BI, attitudine a lavorare con moderni ERP (e.g. JDE/SAP), conoscenza di strumenti di reporting e consolidamento dati (e.g. HFM, Smartview, Jedox);
  • Capacità di lavorare in team unendo buone doti di autonomia e proattività; buono standing ed efficienti capacità comunicative necessarie a relazionarsi con i diversi interlocutori all'interno dello scopo internazionale di riferimento.
