Job Summary:

Starcom is seeking an experienced International Brand Lead to join our team in Turin. As a key member of our global client leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering excellence in client account leadership and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with global clients, providing strategic guidance and support to drive business growth.
  • Global Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe to deliver client needs, implementing existing processes and workflows while ensuring accountability and effective communication.
  • Client Leadership: Foster a strong partnership with clients, providing value through a hands-on approach and taking ownership of the brand.
  • Attention to Detail: Manage all aspects of the brand globally, from plan development to budget tracking and campaign results, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of agency experience, with a strong background in global client leadership and account management.
  • Global/International experience, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Understanding of digital media ecosystem and experience managing omnichannel campaigns.
  • Strong strategic background, with the ability to read and interpret data and drive business growth.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams.
