As part of our growth strategy, the Senior Sales Executive, located in Milan, will play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing new sales opportunities with real estate stakeholders, enabling them to enhance their competitive edge and optimize the performance and resilience of their properties.

The primary responsibilities for this role encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborating with the Italian Sales Team to implement the sales strategy and prioritize business objectives
  • Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor for Deepki in the market, advocating for our products and services
  • Overseeing the complete sales process (including RFPs and pitch document requests when necessary)
  • Meeting and surpassing sales targets through the conversion of qualified leads
  • Creating customer-facing presentations and leading product demonstrations
  • Preparing and managing pricing proposals for potential clients
  • Developing contract deliverables with clients and engaging relevant internal stakeholders
  • Coordinating with the Delivery Team to ensure a smooth transition from requirement agreement to onboarding

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Adhering to internal information systems security policies
  • Reporting all security incidents
  • Following established operating procedures
Your Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in complex B2B SaaS sales (Value Selling method or equivalent)
  • Customer-focused, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Proven track record in developing, managing, and converting large sales pipelines
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Fluency in French and proficiency in English
  • A genuine interest in environmental sustainability
  • Experience in Real Estate or ESG is advantageous
