Noicompriamoauto.it è uno specialista per la valutazione e l'acquisto di auto usate. L'azienda offre un servizio unico per la vendita rapida e conveniente di auto usate. Il responsabile dei servizi al cliente sarà a capo del dipartimento dedicato alla gestione del post-vendita di Autohero. Dovrà garantire obiettivi di massima soddisfazione e puntualità verso i clienti che necessitano di supporto dopo l'acquisto della vettura.
Compiti e responsabilità
- Gestire e sviluppare un team di operatori dei servizi al cliente per garantire la soddisfazione dei clienti;
- Implementare e analizzare sistemi di reportistica per controllare le prestazioni del team;
- Collaborare con altri dipartimenti per risolvere i problemi e migliorare la soddisfazione dei clienti;
- Elaborare e implementare piani di miglioramento per aumentare la soddisfazione dei clienti e ridurre il numero di reclami;
Requisiti per il ruolo
- Esperienza significativa nella gestione e sviluppo di team in ambito dei servizi al cliente;
- Capacità di lettura dati e analisi delle prestazioni;
- Stile di leadership ben definito;
- Atteggiamento professionale e proattivo;
- Conoscenza della lingua italiana;
Contratto e benefici
L'azienda offre un contratto a tempo indeterminato con un piano di formazione e sviluppo professionale. Sono previste le forme di previdenza sanitaria e contributiva supplementari.
L'azienda è ubicata a Milano, presso la sede centrale.
