About the Role

Mazars is seeking an experienced Insurance Senior Auditor to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, identifying key risk areas, and drafting work programs to address these risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, including small and medium-sized businesses
  • Identify key risk areas and draft work programs to address these risks
  • Act as a point of contact for managers and clients, ensuring they are informed of audit progress
  • Finalize reports and audit files within due timescales
  • Provide support and training to junior staff
  • Build strong working relationships and seek networking opportunities

Requirements

  • Experience in an international audit firm, insurance company, or institution for financial statement
  • Experience in dealing with Solvency II
  • Degree in Economics or Business Administration
  • Good team player and time management skills
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and IT skills
  • Availability to travel frequently for work
