About the Role
Orient Express Humangest Spa is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Porter to join our hotel team. As a Housekeeping Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness in our hotel areas.

Responsibilities
• Clean and maintain assigned areas, including guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, public areas, and back-of-house areas
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors regularly to remove dirt, debris, and stains
• Dust and wipe surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, windowsills, and baseboards, to maintain a clean and attractive appearance
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as necessary
• Clean and sanitize the changing rooms and the restrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and countertops, replenishing supplies as needed
• Restock housekeeping carts with clean linens, towels, toiletries, and other supplies
• Assist with the set-up of meeting rooms and event spaces, ensuring they are clean, organized, and properly arranged
• Respond to Guests' requests for extra amenities or services promptly and courteously
• Timely report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Floor Supervisor
• Collaborate with other members of the housekeeping team and other colleagues to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
• Follow established health and safety procedures and HSK guidelines to maintain a safe working environment and hotel standards
