HR Business Partner

Job Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading HR activities across the Prada Group's leather goods plants in Italy. Reporting to the HR Director of the LG Division, they will play a key role in managing HR processes, providing strategic support to Line Managers, and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates for the Division's needs;
• Design and deliver onboarding programs to ensure a seamless transition for new employees, providing guidance on company policies, procedures, and culture;
• Manage the development and implementation of internal training programs, focusing on employee growth and development;
• Collaborate with Line Managers to develop and implement performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives;
• Manage temporary worker programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations;
• Provide HR reporting and analytics to stakeholders, informing business decisions and driving strategic initiatives;
• Manage disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies;
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with labor unions and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field;
• At least 5-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business outcomes and make informed decisions;
• Proactive, independent, and autonomous, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability;
• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
