Facility Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our facilities in Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi (AV) and Balvano (PZ). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient use of resources, maintaining compliance with regulations, and promoting a culture of sustainability.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan to ensure the optimal functioning of our facilities.
• Manage the collection and analysis of data related to facility operations, including energy consumption, waste management, and maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors and external providers to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities and institutions to ensure compliance with regulations and obtain necessary permits.
• Promote a culture of sustainability and environmental responsibility within the organization.

• Master's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
• Strong project management skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Fluency in English and Italian languages.
