We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our Group FP&A Supply Chain team. As a key business partner to the Global NPR SC Procurement Directors, you will play a critical role in coordinating the Procurement teams and evaluating productivity actions plans.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a key business partner and advisor to the NPR Global Procurement team, focusing on coordinating the Procurement teams through the FP&A community.
- Evaluate and track productivity actions plans, identifying potential savings and opportunities to ensure delivery of targets.
- Design new process performance measuring models and procedures for NPR Productivity projects.
- Define operational KPIs and monitor their performance (NPR Productivity Projects).
- Ensure the reliability of figures and provide a deep understanding of business trends through variance analysis.
- Elaborate global reporting, providing valuable analysis to facilitate Procurement management decision-making.
- Support NPR Procurement in controlling and managing contracts, tracking cost impact and variations.
- 1+ years of FP&A experience with a focus on Supply Chain.
- Experience in consumer goods industries preferred.
- Understanding of COGS and key supply chain performance drivers.
- Proven experience in working on challenging projects and delivering excellent results to deadlines.
- Familiarity with working in a matrix organization.
