About the Role

We are seeking a skilled MSP CX Lab Technician to join our team at the Amazon Development Centre Italy SRL - G85. As a key member of our Operations Innovation Lab, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe installation, maintenance, and demonstration of automated technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Health & Safety Best Practices: You will be a role model in promoting and adhering to Health & Safety best practices within the lab.
  • Installation and Maintenance: Support the installation of automated technologies, MHE, and other technology products, ensuring they are installed and maintained according to compliance and safety regulations.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair issues with technologies, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Predictive and Preventive Maintenance: Support Lab RME and lead predictive and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the lab's technologies are always functional and available.
  • Spare Parts Management: Manage spare parts lists and maintain stock quantities to ensure timely repairs and replacements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Update technologies and components through continuous improvement, ensuring the lab's technologies are always up-to-date and running smoothly.
  • Lab Tour Support: Collaborate closely with the Lab Tour Admin to prepare and support during Lab Tours, ensuring a memorable experience for internal and external visitors.
About the Team

Our team is part of the Amazon Operations Innovation Lab, where we test, validate, and demonstrate the newest Robotic, Mechatronic, and Packaging solutions. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Vercelli, ITA. The job may require occasional travel within Europe (5%).
