Requisiti:
  • Laurea Magistrale in ingegneria con indirizzo Elettronico / Telecomunicazioni / Meccanico / Aerospaziale e esperienza professionale preferenziale;
  • Laurea Triennale in ingegneria con indirizzo Elettronico / Telecomunicazioni / Meccanico / Aerospaziale e esperienza professionale di almeno 3 anni;
  • Diploma di Perito Tecnico nel dominio Elettronico / Telecomunicazioni / Meccanico e esperienza professionale di almeno 6 anni.
Compiti:
  • Progettazione ed erogazione di corsi di formazione/addestramento tecnico di prodotto su sistemi elettromeccanici complessi;
  • Conduzione in aula di corsi di addestramento sia teorici che pratici tenuti in lingua inglese per Operatore Console e Manutentore Elettronico/Elettromeccanico di sistemi complessi;
  • Progettazione e sviluppo di materiali ed ausili didattici per l'Addestramento/Formazione rivolti sia ad Operatori di Console che Manutentori Elettronici / Elettromeccanici di sistemi complessi;
  • Familiarità con gli elementi del supporto Logistico Integrato di un sistema complesso;
  • Familiarità con il dominio di impiego e le tematiche di manutenzione di sistemi complessi comparabili a sistemi missilistici di comando e controllo, piattaforme di Lancio Terrestre / Navali.
Attività previste:
  • Riveste il ruolo di Istruttore (Technical Trainer / Istruttore) sia nei corsi operatore Tattico/Console che nei corsi Manutentore Elettronico / Elettromeccanico per le famiglie di prodotto: Sistemi di Comando e Controllo / Sistemi e Piattaforme di Lancio / Strumentazione di Test;
  • Realizza la progettazione della soluzione di Training ed individua i requisiti del servizio di Formazione/Addestramento di Prodotto nel rispetto degli obiettivi di Business (Qualità / Tempo / Costi);
  • Acquisisce conoscenza e sviluppa abilit operative e manutentive sulla famiglia di prodotto partecipando alle attività tecniche di progetto e mediante lo studio e la revisione della documentazione tecnica di Prodotto;
  • Collabora assiduamente con enti interni di riferimento (Design Authority di Prodotto, Team di Progetto, ILS Manager, Manualistica Tecnica, Assistenza Tecnica) che concorrono allo sviluppo del prodotto;
  • Gestisce ed acquisisce la formazione tecnica presso le ditte fornitrici a cui sono commissionati gli sviluppi di sotto assiemi o dell'intero prodotto;
  • Redige e supporta la redazione/armonizzazione degli ausili didattici della famiglia di prodotto di cui è responsabile;
  • Eroga al cliente Finale la Formazione/Addestramento in aula in completa autonomia o coadiuvato/supportato da personale tecnico qualificato;
  • Gestisce direttamente i rapporti verso il cliente/end-user del prodotto;
  • Partecipa alle riunioni di avanzamento periodiche dei programmi di propria competenza e Organizzazione e gestione periodica di review tecniche/programmatiche con i Fornitori;
  • Supporta il responsabile del CSS Product Training nell'elaborazione delle Offerte di Servizi/Soluzioni di Training Tecnico di Prodotto per contratti di nuovo sviluppo che di post-vendita.
