SAP QM/PP Analyst Job Description

JMA Wireless is seeking an experienced SAP QM/PP analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP QM/PP solutions that optimize quality management processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for SAP QM and PP modules.
  • Design and configure SAP QM processes, including master data setup, inspection planning, quality notifications, quality orders, routings, xsteps, and quality certifications.
  • Lead or participate in SAP QM/PP implementation projects, ensuring the successful deployment of SAP solutions.
  • Customize and enhance SAP QM/PP functionalities to meet specific business needs.
  • Collaborate with other SAP functional consultants to ensure seamless integration between modules.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements, resolve issues, and provide training on SAP QM/PP processes.
  • Provide ongoing support to SAP users, troubleshoot system issues, and perform system enhancements and optimizations.
  • Stay up-to-date with SAP product releases and industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of SAP QM/PP experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in S4 Hana.
  • Minimum of 3 full lifecycle QM/PP implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP PP and integration points with SAP QM.
  • Experience with Fiori and other mobile applications.
  • Experience configuring and deploying Xsteps in a production order.
  • Experience integrating SAP QM with external applications.
  • Experience with SAP DMS.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to create and maintain detailed documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic IT environment.
