Job Summary:

Amentum is seeking a skilled Site Security Manager to provide expertise in counterintelligence surveillance and facility protection. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of security protocols and be able to develop and implement effective countermeasures to mitigate technical threats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide security-related expertise to construction contractors and authority teams to develop facility completion plans.
  • Train and assist Construction Surveillance Technicians (CST) and Cleared American Guards (CAG) on security developments and document version control.
  • Conduct periodic security inspections to ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Perform audit, analysis, and interpretation of construction drawings and specifications to identify security vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and implement countermeasures to mitigate technical threats associated with Intelligence Community Directive 705 (ICD 705).
Requirements:
  • SSM Certification course (20 hrs.) within the last 5 years.
  • CST Certification course (40 hrs.) within the last 5 years.
  • Must have TS/SCI eligibility.
  • High School Diploma with 8 years of specialized experience (SSM/CST leadership preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with technical surveillance techniques and procedures.
  • Knowledge of foreign intelligence operations, counter-intelligence devices, and associated security techniques.
  • Familiarity with US government security policies, directives, and standards.
