Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator

Position Overview:
Crowdfarming is a leading European marketplace connecting farmers directly to consumers. We are seeking a Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator to join our CrowdLog team in southern Italy.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee warehouse operations to ensure efficient handling of incoming and outgoing goods.
Manage relationships with farmers and suppliers to provide fresh produce to the warehouse, ensuring compliance with quality and delivery standards.
Implement and enforce specifications for product supply, including packaging, labeling, and transportation requirements.
Monitor warehouse performance to ensure timely and accurate order processing, addressing any issues or bottlenecks as they arise.

Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in the agriculture or food industry.
Location close to Corigliano, Calabria.
Proven track record of managing third-party logistics relationships and optimizing warehouse operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with farmers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Ability to track and interpret data related to supply chain performance and consumer satisfaction.
