Tour Ambassador

Key Responsibilities:
As a Tour Expert, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring guest satisfaction on board our cruises. You will propose and sell tour packages, assist guests on local excursions, and adhere to our safety standards.

Key Skills:
You will need to establish and maintain strong relationships with guests, identify new revenue opportunities, and oversee the organization of excursions and transfers. You will also provide language translations and ensure guest safety during excursions.

Requirements:
You will need a Secondary school diploma in Tourism or Languages, a proven track record in Sales, and fluency in English and Italian. You will also need to speak fluently one of German or French and have a good command of a fourth language. Proficiency in MS Office is also required.
