Your Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Finance Partner to join our team in Italy. As a key member of the regional finance team, you will be responsible for implementing the group, regional, and BU strategy.

  • Collaborate with external agencies to prepare financial statements and tax filing.
  • Assist in setting up information systems and ensuring the functioning of the BU planning & control-processes.
  • Drive financial analysis and contribute to decision-making processes.
  • Ensure tax compliance and planning.
Required Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • At least 2 years of experience in auditing firms or finance positions in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
  • Solid foundation in accounting.
  • Fluency in English, with Mandarin a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP and other ERP business applications.
  • Business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build networks.
