Regional Sales and Business Development Manager

Pharma Point Srl is a dynamic company in the healthcare industry, offering transformative solutions for bladder cancer patients. As a Regional Sales and Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our presence in Southern Italy.
The estimated salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team in Campania. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve budgeted goals, focusing on building strong relationships with key stakeholders and opinion leaders.
You will work closely with our partners to specialize in medical device solutions that improve the lives of bladder cancer patients. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a proven ability to influence and drive change.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute tactical implementation plans to achieve budgeted goals.
- Build strong relationships and cooperation with equipment partners.
- Lead change as necessary to anticipate market trends.
- Forecast and report results, trends and key activities.
- Oversee regional government affairs and technology lobbying campaigns.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
- A degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Medicine or similar).
- Excellent sales and consulting talent paired with technical understanding, sales and marketing management experience within the health care industry, preferably within hospital drugs or Medical Device sector.
- Solid knowledge of the general market, regulatory environment, tender and government bid processes.
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and opinion leaders.
- Ability to work autonomously and a desire for responsibility and accountability.
- Energetic, resourceful, self-driven, entrepreneurial and visionary, drive for success.
- Proven ability to influence and drive change through exceptional communication & leadership skills.
- Skills in financial analysis, forecasting and budget management.
- Clear problem-solving, inclusiveness and External Focus are required.
- Willingness to travel (50% of the time sleeping away from home) and experience in managing large territories.
