Il ruolo del Sales Consultant

Il Sales Consultant è il nostro rappresentante principale per i clienti. Incarna il nostro desiderio di coinvolgere, ascoltare e orientare i clienti verso prodotti rilevanti per loro. Accoglierà i clienti nei nostri spazi e, attraverso interazioni volontarie, approfondirà il modo in cui i nostri prodotti vengono sperimentati.

Le nostre aspettative

  • Esperienza operante nell'ambito di un ruolo o di un ambiente di servizio al cliente
  • Capacità di vendita concrete e capacità di portare risultati commerciali
  • Precedenti nella partecipazione e nel contributo di successo a un team
  • Capacità dimostrata di empatizzare per gestire relazioni interpersonali e contribuire a un'esperienza positiva e inclusiva per tutti
  • Solide capacità di comunicazione e di risoluzione dei problemi
  • Una conoscenza pratica della cura del viso e del settore dello skincare costituirà titolo preferenziale
