Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at Hotel Romazzino, a Belmond Hotel, and Hotel Pitrizza by Cheval Blanc. As a key member of our cluster office team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices, maintaining up-to-date ageing of suppliers, and providing excellent customer service to our suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Process invoices in line with local VAT and accounting regulations
- Ensure timely payment of invoices in accordance with LVMH policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier ageing and reconciliations
- Provide month-end/year-end information to management within required deadlines
- Deal efficiently with supplier queries and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with tax and audit consultants to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Relevant qualification or experience in accounting or finance
- Prior experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (French advantageous)
- Effective organization, communication, and presentation skills
