We're seeking a highly organized and commercially savvy individual to join our team as a Meeting Coordinator in Rome.
As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the coordination of meetings and events at The Social Hub Rome. Your primary goal is to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless interactions with our guests and stakeholders.
To achieve this, you will develop customer accounts, work within current business strategies, and recognize potential opportunities to increase market share across all revenue streams.
Your responsibilities will include preparing and updating correspondence, creating meeting and event functions sheets, hosting meetings, and maintaining an effective follow-up system to secure repeat business.
You will also assist in coordinating co-working spaces, support finance teams with invoicing and payments, and compile statistics and reporting for cluster management and commercial teams.
We're looking for someone who can start from February 2025, located in Rome. You'll be working with a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
