We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Accounting Services Specialist to join our Group Accounting Department. This role involves managing various accounting functions, including reconciliation, vendor relations, and reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process purchase orders, non-purchase order, and intercompany invoices;

· Address inquiries from vendors promptly;

· Handle Fixed Assets invoices, execute depreciation calculations, and reconcile asset records at month-end;

· Assist in gathering and providing necessary data for KPI reporting and analysis;

· Aid in the creation, maintenance, and updating of process documentation, as well as support internal and external audit activities;

· Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and tax regulations (Intrastat, retention of accounting documents, VAT records, journal entries, VAT settlements, etc.);

· Oversee the monthly closing process, ensuring adherence to local requirements and Group Accounting Manual guidelines;

· Conduct analysis of accounting data and discrepancies, and post general ledger entries;

· Perform Balance Sheet Reconciliation;

· Prepare ad hoc financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account data and trends;

· Analyze the aging report of suppliers and manage payments to them;

· Participate in the updates of the Procure-to-Pay/Record-to-Report procedures.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting;

· 3-5 years of experience in accounting with involvement in the closing process;

· Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential;

· Strong Excel skills;

· Familiarity with ERP systems;

· Solid accounting knowledge and experience in balance sheet reconciliation;

· Project-oriented mindset, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to thrive in an international setting;

· Proactive and solution-oriented;

· Willingness to travel briefly to subsidiaries (2-3 days).
