About The Role


As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving demand and promoting our app and website across Italy and the DACH countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Your primary focus will be on managing performance marketing budgets, optimizing their impact and ROI, and monitoring the performance of our digital campaigns.


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage performance marketing budgets and optimize their impact and ROI in sync with the Central Team
  • Monitor the performance of our digital campaigns, including PPC (Google, Bing), Paid Social (Facebook, Insta, TikTok), App Marketing (Google, Apple, Networks), and Retargeting (Criteo)
  • Hold regular meetings with external agencies and the Central Team to discuss campaign performance and strategy
  • Coordinate with stakeholders (Brand team, Offer team, and Agencies) to produce effective content that drives campaign success

Your Profile



  • 5 years' higher education and at least 3 years' experience in acquisition marketing (agency or advertiser)
  • Extensive knowledge of the web and mobile focus over the last 3 years
  • Good command of digital levers, including Social Media (Meta, TikTok campaigns) and Google environment (Adwords, Youtube)
  • Proficiency in Italian and English, with German and French as a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor results and make recommendations
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges
