About Us

TN Italy, a leading player in the design and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames, and sunglasses, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Product Launch Specialist. As a key member of our Operations Team, you will be responsible for driving the successful introduction of new products into the market.

Main Responsibilities

  • Determine alignment between New Product Introduction strategy and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive resolution of unresolved issues through collaboration with Technical Office, Quality, Tooling Engineering, Production, and Product Office.
  • Analyze critical issues on first samples and transfer findings to production.
  • Evaluate deficiencies in work-cycles, define alternatives, plan trial runs, and assess conformity of components and frames.
  • Brainstorm with Technical Office to anticipate future models and potential issues before mass production.
  • Understand gate-stage process of components and frames.
  • Review APQP crossing of frames in departments for producibility.

Your Profile

  • Hold a Degree in Engineering.
  • Have at least 4 years of experience in complex environments.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset, proactivity, and ability to inspire others.
  • Solve problems effectively and efficiently.
  • Love challenges and take responsibility seriously.
  • Flexible in adapting to changing contexts.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills.
