  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a cross-functional implementation team, including developers, data engineers, and consultants
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and clients to gather and refine requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project objectives
  • Customization and Configuration: Oversee the customization and configuration of AiDEA using Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions
  • Integration Strategies: Define and implement integration strategies for AiDEA, connecting it with various data sources, third-party applications, and services
  • Best Practices: Establish best practices for testing, quality assurance, and performance optimization to ensure the reliability and efficiency of solutions
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for solutions, ensuring knowledge transfer and adherence to best practices
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to present technical solutions, address questions and concerns, and build strong working relationships
  • Technical Expertise: Keep abreast of the latest developments in Power Platform technologies and advise on innovative solutions to enhance AiDEA

Qualifications and Technical Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform
  • Power Platform Expertise: Extensive expertise in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE
  • Connectors and Flows: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform connectors, flows, and custom connectors
  • Customization and Configuration: Experience in customizing and configuring Powe Platform solutions, Dynamics 365 CE, or other Microsoft 365 services is a plus
  • ETL Integration and Data Management: Proven experience in ETL integration / Data Migration / Data Management solutions inside Power Platform of Dynamics 365 CE solutions
  • Problem-Solving and Leadership: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team
  • Communication and Presentation: Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • DevOps and Agile: Strong knowledge of DevOps processes and Tools, as well as Agile methodologies
  • Cloud Platform: Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required
