About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Marposs. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from launch to completion, ensuring cost, time, and quality compliance. You will also be responsible for mitigating potential risks and managing critical issues in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Technical and economic project management
- Continuous dialogue with the customer and the team
- Communicating project requirements clearly and completely
- Ensuring design, purchasing, and production activities meet customer requirements
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating projects
- Detailed control of progress against agreed deadlines
- Closely monitoring costs and deviations from agreed budgets
Profile:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably mechanical, industrial, or electronic) with at least 1 year of work experience in the industrial sector or a Technical Institute Diploma with at least 5 years of experience in the industrial sector. The candidate will also have strong basic knowledge in engineering, project management techniques, and Microsoft Office. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of ERP/MRP software and Spanish language is desirable.
Requirements:

- Knowledge of ERP/MRP software and their basic functions
- Fluency in English in oral and written form
- Strong basic knowledge in engineering (mechanics, electrical engineering, electronics, pneumatics, vacuum technology, process engineering, instrumentation, industrial automation, PLC programming, software engineering, machine safety, industrial production management)
