Key Responsibilities:

  • Detail the process steps and identify deviations within your area of responsibility.
  • Encourage standardization and assist regions/sites in validating and evaluating scope extensions.
  • Proactively identify and suggest new standardization opportunities to enhance processes.
  • Oversee the design of new requirements and effectively communicate decisions within the organization.
  • Manage and coordinate the global key user network.
  • Act as the primary liaison for local key users and other business unit members, overseeing deliverables including creation, validation, testing, deployment, and training.

Qualifications:

  • Completed university degree in business informatics, business administration, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Several years of experience in SAP - MM or a similar environment.
  • Proficient in problem-solving with local key users and IT.
  • Strong skills in documenting business processes and creating requirement specifications.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
