Project Coordinator

Garo, a leading company in liquid ring compressor technology, is part of the Ingersoll Rand group. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to coordinate internal resources and technical and financial activities for the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget, meeting project objectives by considering customer requirements.

• Execute assigned projects on time and on budget, ensuring planned milestones and invoicing are met.
• Coordinate the assigned project team, including engineering, quality, procurement, and logistics.
• Act as the focal point for communication with the customer and company stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage the project schedule and periodic reports required by customers.
• Enter the budget received by Management into SAP and maintain updated project economics on a monthly basis.
• Plan and manage KOM and PIM with the customer.
• Coordinate project meetings and activities of the packager to ensure expected delivery times.
• Participate in final inspections of the package with Quality and Technical Office.
• Coordinate packing and interact with packer and Logistics for permits and delivery.
• Manage post-delivery activities and ensure closure of punch lists (completion of supply, NC, etc.) with the customer.
• Manage claims with the customer until commissioning completion.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or other technical related degree.
• Project Management credited course preferred.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in packages Manufacturing industry.

Approximately 90% office and smart working, 10% travel.
