Job Description

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for account expansion, new decision makers, and providing proposals to close meetings. You will leverage existing contacts and client relationships to connect global learning leaders with the goFLUENT solution.

You will drive top-line revenue growth through renewals, up-selling, and cross-selling within the existing account database. You will collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to nurture your accounts.

You will develop compelling business cases demonstrating ROI for goFLUENT solutions. You will participate in exhibitions and events, and travel to customer sites to support sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Good to have SaaS and international experience.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of clients' organizations, including senior managers and the C-suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Team player, self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Minimum B2 English level.
  • Proactive, personable, hard-working, and easily adaptable.
  • Active on social media in a business context, with experience using LinkedIn.
  • Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR services industry is a plus.
