Quality Assurance Inspector

Responsibilities:

  1. Gestisce la pianificazione delle risorse fisiche ed umane a lui assegnate, garantendo il mantenimento dei livelli di efficienza stabili e concordati su base annua.
  2. Esamina la documentazione di riferimento per il prodotto da collaudare (specifica tecnica, disegni, specifica cliente) e collabora con le funzioni di supporto alla definizione del "Method Statement" inerente le unità da sottoporre a FAT.
  3. Esegue in autonomia il controllo qualitativo dei prodotti, accertandosi che siano stati realizzati a regola d'arte e che, una volta superate le prove di laboratorio, la loro installazione ed il loro primo avviamento, possano avvenire nella massima sicurezza.
  4. Effettua i test sui prodotti secondo le modalità, le procedure ed utilizzando le attrezzature approntate seguendo quanto definito nel "Method Statement", approvato e firmato dal Cliente.
  5. Richiede preventivo accordo da parte delle funzioni di supporto, nel caso in cui il Cliente richieda prove e test speciali, non previsti dal "Method Statement" siglato in fase di definizione del FAT.
  6. Appronta il Report Finale del FAT e la relativa documentazione associata, provvedendo alla relativa firma da parte del Cliente, assicurandosi che quest'ultimo abbia compilato la "Customer Satisfaction Survey".
  7. Informa il Customer Satisfaction & Quality Manager e l'AQPP relativo al prodotto in fase di test delle anomalie eventualmente riscontrate sulle unità in fase di FAT (precollaudo e/o collaudo) e collabora all'analisi delle problematiche ivi correlate ed alla definizione degli opportuni piani di miglioramento.
  8. Verifica periodicamente il corretto funzionamento delle apparecchiature e lo stato di taratura delle strumentazioni di controllo utilizzati nello svolgimento della sua attività operativa.
  9. Si assicura che le attività vengano svolte in modo che soddisfino appieno i requisiti di qualità stabiliti dall'azienda e quelli richiesti dal cliente.
  10. Rispetta i requisiti della normativa PED.
  11. Mantiene un atteggiamento proattivo per il mantenimento dei livelli 5S nell'area di sua competenza, garantendo livelli di ordine e pulizia conformi agli standard definiti.
  12. Partecipa agli incontri SIM della funzione Customer Satisfaction & Quality con spirito propositivo, evidenziando le anomalie ed i problemi eventualmente riscontrati e proponendo possibili soluzioni.
  13. Diploma Superiore in ambito tecnico industriale.
  14. Esperienza pregressa di almeno 5 anni di lavoro in ambito produzione meccanica di macchine industriali.
  15. Ottime capacità di relazione e comunicazione, capacità di analisi e di sintesi.
  16. Predisposizione al lavoro di team.
