Job Summary
The Sales Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching and training programs to our clients in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and training, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Analyze retailer performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Work with retailer leadership to develop and implement action plans to address areas for improvement
- Coach retailer personnel on sales techniques and customer handling
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of training programs
Requirements
- Automotive industry experience required
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Training or coaching experience preferred
