Job Summary

The Sales Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching and training programs to our clients in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and training, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze retailer performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Work with retailer leadership to develop and implement action plans to address areas for improvement
  • Coach retailer personnel on sales techniques and customer handling
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of training programs

Requirements

  • Automotive industry experience required
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Training or coaching experience preferred
