Job Overview
This role is a fundamental part of our team, working alongside top minds in the industry, significantly contributing to the development of diverse topics and supporting ambitious growth targets.

Your Key Responsibilities
You will work on impactful projects that combine a deep understanding of the specific business with our trademark strategic expertise. You will play a critical role in project teams, contributing to analysis, design, and implementation of business strategies for clients across various industries.

Key Tasks:

  • Work on top priority topics while gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to understand complex business challenges.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to derive insights and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Prepare and present findings, insights, and recommendations to both the BCG project team and client stakeholders.

Your Qualifications
We're looking for exceptional talent to join us. You would typically have:
2-5 years of relevant experience in industry-related and/or consulting roles
Strong academic track record
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to travel frequently

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Boston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
