Bar Chief

We are seeking a skilled Mixologist Manager to join our team at U.S. Air Forces, Europe. As a Mixologist Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in beverage preparation.

• Mix and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, to a diverse group of patrons.
• Operate a cash register, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
• Ensure that all equipment and utensils are clean and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Develop and implement creative drink menus and promotions to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and train junior staff members on proper mixing techniques, customer service, and bar operations.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender or mixologist in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of a wide variety of beverages, including spirits, beers, and wines, and ability to mix exotic drinks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Ability to recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons and resolve problems or seek assistance when necessary.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage cash transactions and maintain accurate records.

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
