About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Napapijri. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our Vicolungo Outlet store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect and professionalism.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, and be able to make recommendations to customers.
  • Maintain high standards of merchandising and visual display in the store.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and market positioning of our brand.
  • Follow all operational procedures in the store and warehouse.
Requirements
  • Be passionate about interacting with customers and serving as a role model for the rest of the team.
  • Have a proactive approach to dealing with all aspects of the store.
  • Have a passion for our brand, fashion, and retail in general.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
  • Be flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
