About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to drive profitable market share growth for our IBM business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of IBM products and be responsible for building a pipeline of deals, running desk training, and driving product mind share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive profitable market share growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal sales teams
  • Communicate product information, pricing, and promotions to customers and internal teams
  • Provide weekly reporting to the vendor
  • Support the execution of business and marketing plans
  • Serve as the point of contact for customer care issues from the sales floor
Requirements
  • IBM portfolio knowledge
  • Customer focus
  • Ability to develop a knowledge of product and technology portfolio
  • English intermediate
  • Italian fluent is mandatory
