Lavorint Spa, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a skilled Production Operator for a prominent metalworking company in the Colonnella area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality and safety standards in the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and control raw materials for production
• Inspect and manage inventory levels
• Perform assembly and finishing tasks
• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production environment
• Knowledge of metalworking processes and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position with a 40-hour workweek
• Three-shift schedule (Monday to Friday)
• Contract type: Temporary employment with the possibility of direct hiring
