Job Title: Product and Proposition Manager

The Product and Proposition Manager is a key role that spans across the full spectrum of strategic and operational activities related to growing a portfolio of services in a rapidly evolving market. This challenging role offers a great opportunity to manage all aspects of a product cycle, from creative idea generation to go-to-market execution.

You will have the possibility to collaborate with a variety of professionals, including Sales, Finance, Risk, Legal, Customer Solutions, Operations, and Data Scientists, both in Italy, Europe, and globally. It is essential to have a creative mindset, be client- and colleague-facing, and plan a roadmap according to a specific methodology. You will also build viable business cases and monitor product evolutions and scaling operations.

This customer-facing role will continue the momentum already created in sales and service development and take it to the next level by growing current and new capabilities and further improving our end-to-end client engagement model. In particular, the focus will be on AI propositions based on traditional and alternative data to produce scores and attributes that boost different insights.

The Data capabilities areas are related to:

  • Scores and Attributes
  • Alternative data
  • Analytics as a Service, including Ascend Sandbox and Convex
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, data science, statistics, or similar subjects
  • 4+ years' experience in product and business management/analytics consultancy in areas such as lending, FinTech, analytics services, credit management in financial institutions
  • Appreciated experience with programming languages such as Python, SQL, R, WPS, SAS, and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI
  • Fluent English and Italian speaking and writing. Knowledge of French will be an advantage
