Italy IT Operations Internship

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Italy IT Operations team in Milan, reporting to the Italy IT Operation Manager. The successful candidate will support controls and governances related to the whole Italy IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Global IT Operations team on activities and projects affecting the local IT Infrastructure
  • Implement a KPI-oriented approach to measure IT infrastructure efficiency and ensure shops operations
  • Ensure and address escalation processes reducing Shops downtime
  • Drive Root Cause Analysis post restoration of service
  • Update and maintain periodic processes and procedures as necessary
  • Support the execution of Operations projects adopting an Agile approach
  • Create and manage complex assets plans, both for renewal and growth of our Shops; monitoring the lead times
  • Manage Suppliers
Requirements:
  • Graduating or recently graduated in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Able to analyze data to extract significant information to drive the team and make a difference
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Natural inclination to solve problems and able to handle complexity
  • Able to manage multiple activities and set priorities
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously as well as with a team
