We are seeking a skilled Game Host to join our team at High Staff.

The Role

As a Game Host, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional gaming experiences to our audience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Presenting games in a professional and engaging manner
  • Representing the company brand and adhering to our presentation and grooming policy
  • Maintaining a high level of technical proficiency in all games
  • Engaging with players and providing excellent customer service
  • Participating in our continuous improvement plan to drive growth and success

Ideal Profile

  • Relocation to Bucharest is a plus
  • Native or fluent Italian (C2) and fluent English (C1) for effective communication
  • Exceptional presenting skills and an enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to maintain high energy levels and work flexible hours
  • Reliability, good attendance, and timekeeping records
  • Attention to detail and excellent people skills
  • Ability to think quickly and remain calm under pressure
