Frag Srl: Electrical Commissioning Coordinator

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in electrical engineering and a proven track record in coordinating and overseeing electrical commissioning activities on complex projects. This position requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to oversee all electrical aspects of the project, in commissioning and in onshore and offshore plants.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Organize, coordinate, and control the execution of electrical works performed by subcontractors or in-house teams, ensuring seamless integration with other construction disciplines and engineering departments.
  • Oversee the availability of construction materials and equipment, ensuring that works are carried out in accordance with project documentation and schedule.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures, actively contributing to safety walkdowns and incident investigations.
  • Verify that commissioning and start-up requirements are accounted for in engineering documents and participate in project planning and scheduling.
  • Review vendor schedules and assignments related to commissioning, start-up, and test run activities, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.
  • Issue regular progress reports on electrical commissioning activities within your area of responsibility.
  • Contribute to the planning and scheduling of job routines for the project's maintenance plan, assigning resources, materials, and logistics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in electrical commissioning and coordination on complex projects of the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety standards.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Schengen Visa holder.
