Job Description:

In this exciting position, you will work closely with our Production Excellence and Technology Transfer (PETT) team to implement strategic digitalization projects that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects that leverage digital technologies such as data science, automation, and artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital transformation strategies that align with the company's overall vision and goals
  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver digitalization projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into existing processes and systems
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in engineering, chemistry, IT, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and leadership, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages, data analytics, and digital tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
