Job Description

About the Role: Field Energy is seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to support the development of battery storage projects in Italy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of battery storage projects in Italy, including transaction support and legal due diligence.
  • Provide legal advice related to the Italian entity, Field Italia s.r.l.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contractual services with partners, land scouts, and engineering firms.
  • Support with company secretarial obligations, board minutes, and general corporate compliance matters.
  • Work in close coordination with the UK legal team to ensure consistency across the group.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Italian lawyer (iscrizione all'ordine degli avvocati).
  • In-house experience in the renewables sector.
  • Excellent technical drafting skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Fluent and confident with both written and spoken English and Italian.
