About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainability Transformation Leader to join our team at Quantis. As a key member of our strategy consulting team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their sustainability goals and transform their businesses to operate within planetary boundaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sustainability Strategies: Work with clients to develop and implement comprehensive sustainability strategies that align with their business goals and objectives.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to drive business value and sustainability outcomes.
  • Lead Sustainability Transformation Projects: Lead and manage sustainability transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality results, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including program and project managers, consultants, and subject matter experts, to deliver integrated solutions and drive business results.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide innovative and effective solutions to clients.
Requirements
  • Proven Sustainability Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience in sustainability strategy, consulting, or a related field, with a strong understanding of sustainability principles, practices, and industry trends.
  • Strong Business Acumen: Excellent business acumen, with the ability to understand and communicate complex business concepts and sustainability strategies to clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English and Italian: Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken, is required.
