Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our People Development & Culture team as a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Trainee. You will report directly to the Learning & Development Manager within the Human Resources department. This exciting opportunity allows you to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to various initiatives, activities, and projects related to DEI, company culture, and employee engagement across the Sisal Group.

  • You will support the team in planning, executing, and monitoring initiatives related to DEI, employee engagement, and organizational culture.
  • Organize and coordinate events and workshops that promote DEI and foster a positive company culture.
  • Assist in developing and delivering communication strategies to enhance DEI and engagement efforts across the organization.
  • Provide support in implementing and launching the Engagement Survey platform (Peakon), a tool used to measure and analyze employee engagement.
  • Contribute to data collection and analysis to assess the impact of DEI and engagement initiatives.
  • Create and refine PowerPoint presentations and other materials to support DEI and engagement programs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different countries within the Flutter Group.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should hold a bachelor's degree in Humanities, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree in Human Resources, along with a strong interest in DEI, cultural change, and employee engagement, would be an asset. You should have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Your B2+ level of English, both written and spoken, is essential. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail are also required.

The estimated salary for this role is €35,000-€45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
