Operations Assistant

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting communication and translation between our data center and local government/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth operation of the data center site in all aspects.

You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining internal data sets to support various departments, as well as analyzing and reporting on daily operations.

Additionally, you will oversee the collection of electricity data and analyze and predict stage electricity prices.

Other responsibilities include supporting the manager in managing the department and driving team bonding and integration, as well as following up on progress, negotiation, and implementation in accordance with project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills to liaise with relevant stakeholders
• Bilingual in both English and Chinese preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google suite (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs)
• Bachelor's degree and above in any area of study, with at least 3 years of working experience
• Strong in Excel and data analysis to identify business data trends and assist in problem analysis
• Good stakeholder management skills - good judgment and ability to assess situations
