Job Title: Advanced Software Engineer

Join Tactical People S.r.l, a leading ICT company, in our mission to drive digital transformation. We're seeking a talented Advanced Software Engineer to join our team.

About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled software engineer with experience in Java and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes and Angular. As a full-stack engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing microservices, ensuring high-quality code, and collaborating with our team to deliver scalable and resilient solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop microservices using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring high-quality code.
  • Guide and coordinate a team of developers, facilitating collaboration and best practices.
  • Collaborate with architects and product managers to define and implement scalable and resilient solutions.
  • Participate in technical analysis and architecture design, ensuring coherence with company strategies.
  • Integrate open-source technologies like Kubernetes, Angular, and Kafka for distributed application creation.
  • Monitor application performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure complete documentation and project management using Agile methodologies.
Requirements:
  • Consolidated experience in Java and Spring Boot development (2-5 years).
  • Preferable experience with the DARWIN framework or similar microservices technologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes, Angular, and Kafka.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to form and motivate team members.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
