We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Mcintoshbox as a Production Associate. This role will involve working with wood processing equipment to cut material and build pallets and skids.

1. Operate wood processing equipment such as Cut-Off saws, Notchers, and Stake Pointers to efficiently cut and process materials.
2. Build and assemble specialty pallets and skids to meet customer requirements.
3. Operate a forklift to move materials and products around the facility.
4. Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including changing blades and greasing, to ensure optimal performance.
5. Maintain a clean and organized production area, adhering to safety management standards and company policies.
6. Collaborate with the team to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
7. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

5. Experience with nail guns and saws is a plus.
