About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Functional Expert D365 Business Central to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will work closely with clients to deliver successful Business Central projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform consulting services for Business Central projects in areas such as documentation, configuration, testing, and issue tracking.
  • Work with clients and provide exceptional customer service and support on implementation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, interact with project teams, and represent the company through formal and informal client contact.
  • Configure, customize, and test systems based on customer requirements.
  • Support training and development initiatives, including content creation and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with D365 Business Central or NAV implementations.
  • Familiarity with core finance modules or operations modules.
  • Experience working in a management consulting or professional services firm.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and lead junior team members.
